三联手术治疗急性闭角型青光眼合并老年性白内障疗效探讨

Study on treatment of acute angle-closure glaucoma combined triple surgery of senile cataract therapeutic effect

目的：探讨三联手术治疗急性闭角型青光眼合并老年性白内障治疗效果。方法：选取我院于2013年1月～2014年1月收治的20例急性闭角型青光眼合并老年性白内障患者，对患者实施三联手术治疗，观察患者治疗效果。结果：其中有12例患者视力矫正≥0．5，8例患者视力矫正0．1～0．4。患者术后的视力比术前有明显的改善，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：三联手术治疗急性闭角型青光眼合并老年性白内障，治疗效果显著，安全性极高，具有较强的可操作性，值得临床推广。

Objective：To study the treatment of acute angle-closure glaucoma combined triple surgery of senile cataract therapeutic effect . Methods：our hospital in January 2013 to January 2014, 20 cases of acute angle-closure glaucoma with senile cataract patients, to implement the joint surgery patients, the treatment effects were observed.Results：There were 12 patients vision correction acuity 0.5, eight patients vision cor-rection 0.1 0.4.Patients with postoperative vision had obvious improvement than before.Conclusion：Treatment of acute angle-closure glauco-ma combined triple surgery of senile cataract, treatment effect might be remarkable, high security, worth clinical promotion.
