摘要
目的:重点研究和探讨新型过氧乙酸溶液消毒消化内镜的效果。方法:利用回顾性分析方法,总结我院于2012年1月1日~2013年12月3日天这段时间使用的总计138例消化内镜消毒情况,将其按照消毒方法不同随机分配成2个组,其中对照组患者为69例均采用2%戊二醛进行消毒;观察组患者为69例均采用新型过氧乙酸溶液进行消毒。然后将2组消化内镜消毒效果进行比较,分析探讨2组消化内镜的消毒合格率。结果:观察组消化内镜消毒后总合格率为100.00%,对照组消化内镜消毒后总合格率为94.20%,观察组消化内镜消毒后总合格率好于对照组消化内镜消毒后的总合格率,2组间比较存在显著性的差异(P<0.05)。结论:新型过氧乙酸溶液消毒消化内镜具有显著的效果,而且显著提高了消化内镜的消毒合格率,为使用消化内镜治疗的患者提供更高的保障,对我国消化内镜的使用发展具有重要价值,值得借鉴和推广。
Objective:To focus on research and explore new peracetic acid solution digestive endoscopy disinfection effect .Methods:The use of retrospective analysis , summarized in 2012 in our hospital disinfection of Digestive Endoscopy Total 138 cases of January 1, 2013 December 31 this time use different disinfection methods according to their randomly assigned into two groups , 69 patients in the con-trol group in which patients were using 2%glutaraldehyde for disinfection; observation of 69 cases of patients were using new peracetic acid solution for disinfection .Then the two groups were compared digestive endoscopy disinfection discussed and analyzed two groups of di -gestive endoscopy disinfection pass rate .Results:After the observation group Digestive Endoscopy overall pass rate of 100 .00%disinfec-tion, disinfection of Digestive Endoscopy control group after a pass rate of 94.20%of the total observation group digestive endoscopy disin-fection after total pass rate was better than the control group total qualified digestive endoscopy after disinfection rate between the two groups there was a significant difference ( P 〈0.05 ) .Conclusion:The new solution of peracetic acid disinfection of Gastroenterology might have a significant effect , but also significantly improves the digestive endoscopy disinfection pass rate for the use of endoscopic thera -py in patients with digestive provide greater protection for the use of digestive endoscopy should have an important development value , worth learning and promotion .
