优质护理服务在老年性脑梗死护理中的应用效果观察

Observation on quality of nursing service in the application of senile cerebral infarction and nursing effect

目的：分析优质护理服务在老年性脑梗护理中的应用效果。方法：收集我院2012年7月～2013年7月期间诊治的老年性脑梗患者94例作为研究对象，采用随机分组的方式将患者分为试验组与对照组，每组患者各47例。对照组采用常规护理模式，试验组在对照组的基础上实施优质护理，对2组患者的护理满意度进行分析对比。结果：研究结果显示，试验组中有30名患者表示非常满意，满意15例，不满意2例，总满意率为95．74％；对照组中仅有16名患者表示非常满意，满意14例，不满意17例，总满意率为63．83％，试验组患者的满意率明显高于对照组（ P＜0．05）。结论：优质护理服务在老年性脑梗死护理中具有良好的应用效果，能有效提高患者的满意度，值得在临床应用上推广。

Objective：To analyze quality of nursing service in the application of senile cerebral infarction and nursing effect .Methods：Collected from July 2012 -July 2013 during the diagnosis and treatment of 94 cases of senile cerebral infarction patients as the research object, adopt the way of randomized patients were divided into trial group and control group , patients in each group （n =47）.Results：The results showed that there are 30 patients in the experimental group said very satisfied , 15 cases were satisfied , not satisfied in 2 cases;Only 16 patients of control group is very satisfied , satisfied with 14 cases, 17 were not satisfied , patients satisfaction rate of patients was obviously higher than that of control group （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：High quality nursing service in senile cerebral infarction could have a good application effect , be worth promoting .
