Classified prescription analysis of drugs containing fritillaria in a hospital

目的调查和研究贝母现今临床使用情况,使贝母类药材更好地为广大患者服务。方法对含有贝母的医院中药处方进行调查、统计和分析。结果川贝母的市场资源较贫乏,浙贝母资源相对充足,但二者的临床使用率都较高。结论应加强对资源较少但临床使用率高的药材的管理,保证用药的有效、安全。

Objective To survey and study the current situation of clinical use of fritillaria, in order to make fritillaria become easier used in the treatment for patients. Methods The TCM prescriptions in hospital containing fritillaria were investigated, and were put into statistics and analysis. Results The market resources of fritillaria eirrhose was short, while that of fritillaria thunbergii was relatively abundant. The clinical use rates of both kinds were high. Conclusion The management of medicinal materials with few resource and high utilization should be strengthened, in order to ensure the efficacy and safety of medicine for patients.
