蒲地兰消炎口服液联合利巴韦林气雾剂对小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的治疗效果观察

Observation on the curative effective of Pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid combined with ribavirin aerosol in the treatment of infantile herpetic angina

目的观察蒲地兰消炎口服液联合利巴韦林气雾剂对小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法疱疹性咽峡炎患儿100例,随机分为研究组50例和对照组50例,在常规治疗的基础上,对照组患儿给予利巴韦林气雾剂喷咽峡部,研究组在对照组的基础上加服蒲地兰消炎口服液,对两组患儿临床治疗效果进行比较分析。结果研究组50例中痊愈7例,显效22例,有效19例,无效2例,总有效率96.0%;对照组50例中痊愈5例,显效20例,有效17例,无效8例,总有效率84.0%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗效果优于对照组。结论蒲地兰消炎口服液联合利巴韦林气雾剂对小儿疱疹性咽峡炎疗效显著,适于临床应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid combined with ribavirin aerosol in the treatment of infantile herpetic angina. Methods A total of 100 cases of infantile herpetic angina were randomly divided into the study group with 50 cases and the control group with 50 cases. On the basis of conventional therapy, patients in the control group were given ribavirin aerosol, and the patients in the study group received the mentioned treatment combined with Pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid. The curative effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results In the 50 cases of the study group, there were 7 cured cases, 22 cases with conspicuous effect, 19 effective cases, and 2 ineffective cases. The total effective rate was 96.0%. In the control group with 50 cases, there were 5 cured cases, 20 cases with conspicuous effect, 17 effective cases, and 8 ineffective cases. The total effective rate was 84.0%. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid combined with ribavirin aerosol has significant curative effect on infantile herpetic angina, and it is suitable for clinical application.
