医用电脑键盘、鼠标的污染分析及管理对策

Analysis and management strategies of pollution of medical computer keyboard and mouse

目的了解分析医用电脑键盘、鼠标污染情况,以便采取措施减少医院感染的发生。方法通过采样细菌学检测方法 ,比较医院门诊内科、外科、妇科、儿科的电脑键盘、鼠标消毒前后的污染情况,从而制定个体化的消毒管理措施,以降低污染发生率。结果经检测结果表明,医院门诊电脑键盘、鼠标消毒前细菌检出量严重超标,消毒后细菌数达标。结论医院应加强医用电脑键盘、鼠标的感染管理,提高医务人员对其污染严重性的认识,严格执行各项消毒规章制度,降低医院感染率。

Objective To analyze the pollution situation of medical computer keyboard and mouse, in order to take measures to reduce the occurrence of hospital infection. Methods Sampling bacteriological detection method were applied to compare pollution situation of computer keyboards and mouse before and after disinfection in the department of outpatient, internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, and pediatrics. Individualized measures of disinfection management were formulated to reduce the incidence of pollution. Results The test results showed that the detected quantity of bacteria on the computer keyboards and mouse in the department of outpatient were badly unqualified, which reached the standard after disinfection. Conclusion The infection management should be strengthened for medical computer keyboards and mouse. Hospital staff＇ s awareness of pollution severity should he improved, and the rules and regulations should be strictly executed in order to reduce infection rate in hospital.
