多形式健康教育对胆囊切除术患者术前不良心理状态的影响研究 被引量：3

摘要 目的研究及观察多形式健康教育对胆囊切除术患者术前不良心理状态的影响程度。方法行胆囊切除术治疗的90例患者随机分为对照组(常规胆囊切除术健康教育组)45例和观察组(多形式健康教育组)45例,然后将两组教育前后的医院焦虑抑郁量表评估结果进行比较。结果观察组干预后的医院焦虑抑郁量表评估结果均好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多形式健康教育对胆囊切除术患者术前不良心理状态的影响较大,有助于患者术前保持较好的治疗心态。
