运德素雾化吸入治疗儿童病毒性上呼吸道感染78例疗效观察

Observation on curative effect of interferonalfα1b aerosol inhalation in the treatment of 78 children with viral upper respiratory tract infection

目的探讨运德素雾化吸入治疗儿童病毒性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法 78例病毒性上呼吸道感染患儿,随机均分为对照组和观察组,各39例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予运德素(重组人干扰素α1b)雾化吸入治疗。比较两组患儿治疗总有效率、退热时间和总病程的差异。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.3%,显著高于对照组的76.9%(P<0.05);观察组退热时间和总病程均短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运德素雾化吸入治疗儿童病毒性上呼吸道感染疗效确切,可有效遏制病毒侵袭及感染,控制病情发展,值得临床广泛推广使用。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of interferonalfα1b aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with viral upper respiratory tract infection. Methods A total of 78 children with viral upper respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into control group and observation group, and each group contained 39 cases. The control group was treated by conventional therapy. The observation group was treated by hapgen （interferonalfα1b） aerosol inhalation therapy in addition. The total effective rate, antifebrile time and total disease course of two groups were compared. Results Total effective rate of the observation group was 92.3%, which was significantly higher than 76.9%of control group （P〈0.05）. The antifebrile time and total disease course of the observation group were obviously shorter than control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Interferonalfα1b aerosol inhalation therapy for children with viral upper respiratory tract infection has exact effect, and it can effectively curb viruses and infections and control the disease. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
