确诊朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症一例及文献复习

摘要
朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症（Langerhans cell histiocytosis，LCH）是一组以朗格汉斯组织细胞（Langerhans cell，LC）异常增生为特点的疾病，为一组病因不明，临床表现多样，多发于小儿的疾病。由于临床表现多样，复杂且不典型，易误诊和漏诊，现对本科近期收治的1例LCH病例的临床资料进行总结，并结合文献探讨LCH的临床特点、诊断及治疗等，现报道如下。
