情感性障碍与精神分裂症相互误诊分析

Analyses of Misdiagnosis between Affective Disorder and schiaophrenia

对我院1988～1990年间住院的情感性障碍与精神分裂症相互误诊的22例进行分析,讨论了误诊原因。认为单纯以有无“分裂性”症状来鉴别情感性障碍与精神分裂症是不恰当的。须从临床症状及病程演变特点综合分析,以免误诊。

The paper analysed 22 misdiagnosis inpatients between affective disorder and schiaophrenia from 1988 to 1990,and discussed the cause of misdiagnosis. The auther thought that differential diagnosis of affective disorder and schizophrenia could not only base on whether schizoid symptoms were or not, and should base on clinical symptoms and feature of clinical development.
