党的十八届三中全会对全面深化改革提出了更高要求,在此背景下,义乌需要做好"连、接、整、合"四篇文章:连结新丝绸之路经济带,加快义乌市场走出去和产业转型升级步伐;主动接轨上海自贸区,纵深推进义乌试点;调整城市布局和产业布局,提升国有资本职能,促进城市整体水平提升;搭建和打造平台,促进产业联合、资源整合、工贸结合,创新社会管理,提升义乌发展空间。
