刍议高校档案安全保障问题

The Problem of Security of University Archives

以许昌学院为例,介绍了高校档案安全保障的现状,分析了档案面临的安全威胁,提出了提高档案安全思想认识,优化高校档案管理方法、方式,加强档案管理人员队伍建设,学习借鉴先进的档案保护技术、手段等四个方面的对策,认为建立高校档案安全保障体系才能确保高校档案的长久保存。

Taking Xuchang University as an example,this paper introduces the current situation of college archives security,analyzes the security threats faced by the archives,proposes to improve the file security idea,optimize the file management method,mode,strengthen the construction of archives management personnel,to learn advanced ways of archives protection technology and so on,holding that the establishment of University Archives security system is the key to ensure the long-term preservation of archives in colleges and universities.
