摘要
采用草酸铌和KOH为原料,加入少许水研磨至干燥后得到前躯体,前躯体在500℃焙烧3h合成了铌酸钾粉末。红外光谱分析结果表明,在研磨过程中,原料之间发生了离子交换作用,有NH3被释放出来。以铌酸钾粉末为光催化剂,在紫外灯照射下,对亚甲基蓝溶液进行光催化降解实验,结果表明,光催化3h后,亚甲基蓝的降解率达到90%。
Potassium Niobate was obtained by grinding the mixture of niobium formate and potassium hydroxide and small amount of water,then dried at room temperature,and finally calcined at 500 ℃for 3h.It can be seen from the Infrared spectroscopy that an ion-exchange reaction occurred and NH3 was released during grinding.As-synthesized potassium niobate powders were used to degrade methylene blue solution under irradiation of UV,and found that the catalyst showed better photocatalytic properties,and the degradation ratio reaches to 90%after 3hreaction.
