公司治理结构对绩效影响的实证分析——基于创业板制造业上市公司的相关数据

Empirical Research on the Performance of the Corporate Governance Structure of——GEM Listed Manufacturing Companies as Samples

以创业板制造业上市公司2010-2012年数据为研究样本,将影响绩效的公司治理结构内部因素和外部因素结合起来,并引入控制变量,通过SPSS19.0软件分析了创业板制造业上市公司治理结构与绩效的关系。结果表明,创业板制造业上市公司治理结构与绩效具有一定的相关关系。

The corporate governance structure of internal and external factors were listed in this article to the GEM manufacturing 2010-2012 data for the study sample,it would affect the performance of the combine and the introduction of control variables,listed on the GEM manufacturing software analysis by SPSS19.0relations corporate governance and performance.The results showed that GEM manufacturing corporate governance structure and performance has a certain relevance.
