食管鳞状细胞癌组织中USP22、C-myc和Caspase-3蛋白的表达 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨特异性泛素肽酶22(USP22)、C-myc和Caspase-3蛋白在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测45例食管鳞状细胞癌组织、癌旁不典型增生组织及正常食管组织中USP22、C-myc和Caspase-3蛋白的表达,分析三者与食管鳞状细胞癌临床病理学特征的关系。结果:食管鳞状细胞癌、癌旁不典型增生和正常食管组织中USP22、C-myc、Caspase-3蛋白的阳性表达率比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2=39.614、41.838和33.889,P<0.001)。食管鳞状细胞癌组织中USP22、C-myc蛋白的表达与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移、分化程度及临床分期有关(P<0.05),Caspase-3蛋白的表达与肿瘤分化程度有关(P<0.05);USP22蛋白与C-myc蛋白表达呈正关联(rP=0.559,P<0.001),两者与Caspase-3蛋白表达呈负关联(rP=-0.468和-0.477,P<0.001)。结论:USP22、C-myc高表达和Caspase-3低表达可能与食管癌发生发展相关。 Aim: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of USP22,C-myc and Caspase-3 proteins in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma( ESCC). Methods: SP method of immunohistochemical was used to examine the expressions of USP22,C-myc and Caspase-3 proteins in 45 cases of ESCC,the atypical hyperplasia and normal esophageal tissues. Results: The positive expression rates of USP22,C-myc and Caspase-3 proteins in 45 cases of ESCC were 60. 00%,66. 67%,31. 11%,respectively. There were significant differences between ESCC,the atypical hyperplasia tissues and normal esophageal mucosa( χ2= 39. 614,41. 838 and 33. 889,P 〈0. 001); There was relationship in the expression intensity of USP22,C-myc proteins and the differentiation grade of carcinoma,invasion,lymph node metastasis and clinical stages( P〈0.05),The expressive intensity of Caspase-3 protein was related with the differentiation grade of carcinoma merely( P〈0.05); The expression level of USP22 was positively correlated with that of C-myc( rP= 0. 559,P 〈0. 001),both of them was negatively correlated with that of Caspase-3( rP=- 0. 468 and- 0. 477,P〈 0. 001). Conclusion: The high level of USP22 and low level of C-myc might be necessary in the development and evolution of ESCC.
