高效液相色谱法同时测定膀胱镜胶中利多卡因与羟苯乙酯的含量 被引量:3

摘要 目的:建立采用高效液相色谱法同时测定膀胱镜胶中利多卡因与羟苯乙酯含量的方法。方法:采用DIONEX Acclaim PA2柱(250.0 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以磷酸盐缓冲液(10 mmol/L,pH 7.2)-甲醇(体积比350∶650)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为25℃,利多卡因的检测波长为220 nm,羟苯乙酯为256 nm。结果:利多卡因的线性范围为100.8-1 008.0 mg/L,r=0.999 7,加标回收率为99.1%-101.5%,RSD小于2.0%;羟苯乙酯的线性范围为20.0-200.6 mg/L,r=0.999 5,加标回收率为98.8%~100.1%,RSD小于2.0%。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于膀胱镜胶中利多卡因与羟苯乙酯含量的同时测定。 Aim: To establish a high-performance liquid chromatography method for simultaneously determining lidocaine and ethylparaben in cystoscope mucilage. Methods: The column was DIONEX Acclaim PA2( 250. 0 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase was composed of phosphate buffered saline( 10 mmol /L,pH 7. 2)-acetonitrile( V∶V = 350∶650). The flow rate was 1. 0 mL /min,and the column temperature was 25 ℃. The detection wavelengths were 256 nm for ethylparaben and 220 nm for lidocaine. Results: The linear relationship of lidocaine was good in the range of 100. 8-1 008. 0 mg /L,r = 0. 999 7. The recoveries were 99. 1%- 101. 5% and RSD was less than 2. 0%. The linear relationship of ethylparaben was good in the range of 20. 0- 200. 6 mg /L,r = 0. 999 5. The recoveries were 98. 8%- 100. 1% and RSD was less than 2. 0%. Conclusion: This method is simple and believable with repeatability. It can be effectively used for the quality control in cystoscope mucilage.
