AABI席夫碱对颜料表面改性的研究

A Study on Surface Modification of Pigments by Schiff Base AABI

席夫碱是一类重要的含氮化合物,广泛应用于医药合成、工业催化、分析化学、染料颜料化学、防腐等领域。在DMF或四氢呋喃中以AABI和伯胺为原料,反应得到席夫碱。生成的席夫碱用于苯并咪唑酮颜料的表面改性,能提高颜料在使用介质中的润湿性、分散性和分散稳定性,降低颜料的粘度。

As a important organonitrogen compound,Schiff base is wildly used in medicine,catalysis,analytical chemistry,dye and pigment chemistry. A special kind of Schiff base has been synthesized by reacting AABI and primary amine in THF or DMF. It was the first synthesis of the target compounds. By modifying with this products,benzimidazolone pigments exhibit good strange,wettability,dispersibility,dispersion stability and viscosity in application system.
