摘要
近年来,弹性的雇佣策略成为企业的理性选择。提升非正规就业劳动力的工作绩效,保障劳动者的合法权益,使雇佣双方"互惠共赢"应该成为处理劳资双方问题的基本原则。非正规就业劳动者的个人工作价值观、自我效能和工作绩效具有自身特点,根据这些特点,有必要在引导其自我发展、帮助其做好职业生涯规划、提升其工作信心、增强其对环境的适应力方面做出努力,并加强对其权益的有效维护。
In recent years, the employment policy flexibility is the rational choice of enterprises. Promoting job performance of informal employed labor force, safeguarding the legal fights and interests of workers, making win - win situation should be the fundamen- talprineiple in dealing with labor issues. With their own characteristics of the personal work values of informal employment, self - efficiency and job performance, it is necessary to make efforts to guide them self - development, to help them make the career plan- ning, to promote confidence in work,to enhance its adaptability to the environment, and to strengthen the effective protection of their rights and interests.
