摘要
"苏南现代化建设示范区"是我国现代化建设的重要战略构成。工会服从服务于区域现代化建设,要遵从现代化建设规律,科学认识现代化目标内涵,确立自己的服务工作目标;要遵从劳动关系发展与职工需求的客观性,研究构建适应新经济时代发展需求的"大维护大服务体系";要突出"维护劳动者发展权"的思想,把为职工服务作为工会现代化建设的途径和手段,以发扬工人阶级的先进性。
The Southern Jiangsu Modern Demonstration Area is a critical component of modernization construction of China. In order to serve regional modernization, trade union should follow the rules of modernization and understand the content of modernization ob- jects, study on the ＂system of large protection and large service＂, take servicing employees as the path and method of trade union＇ s modernization, so as to develop the advanced nature of working class.
