摘要
增强高校教师归属感,对于学校的建设和教师的发展具有重要意义。工会组织要发挥自身的优势,结合高校教师的职业特点、人文特点,在对该群体进行细化分的基础上,采取多种形式的活动,争取和依靠多方力量,构建增强教师归属感工作的有序、有效的实现路径。
It is important to improve college teachers' sense of belonging for college construction and teachers' development. Trade unions of colleges should give full play to their advantages of mass organization, build up effective approaches of improving college teachers' sense of belonging through various activities and supports from multi - parties.
