摘要
餐饮行业是国民经济生活消费的"晴雨表"。近年来,各级财贸轻纺烟草工会把餐饮行业集体协商作为深入推进集体协商制度建设的重点形式和主攻方向,总结经验,破解难题,取得了明显的成效。当前,在经济下行压力加大的形势下,要适应行业经济发展的挑战,推动工资集体协商工作的转型升级,扩大覆盖面,提高协商的质量,加强分类指导,着力强化协商机制建设,为广大餐饮服务业职工提供有效的权益保障。
The catering industry is the barometer of the national economy and living consumption. In recent years, the trade unions of finance and textile industries at all levels take collective consultation on wages in the catering industry as their stress and main direction, sum up the experiences and solve the problems and achieved remarkable results, so as to expand the coverage of collective consultation, improve the mechanism of collective consultation and protect employees' rights and interests effectively.
