农民工是改革开放后伴随城镇化进程出现的一个弱势群体,是企业社会工作的天然服务对象。农民工在就业、家庭、城市生活、精神文化和子女教育等领域需要得到相应的服务支持。企业社会工作可以从劳动关系协调、教育培训、社会支持和心理健康等方面开展服务活动,并寻求建立一种多平台的综合服务模式,并针对不同问题采用社会政策倡导、个案工作、小组工作和社区工作等服务方法。
