伴随着城乡一体化的进程以及新农村建设的发展,农村房屋拆迁问题日益严重,出现了很多集体性事件,不利于社会和谐稳定。在政府和被拆迁村民之间存在着一种"利益博弈关系",利益冲突的焦点在于补偿不合理。针对这一问题,政府应本着"以人为本"的原则,在坚持公平、公正的原则下,给予农民以合理补偿。

Along with the process of urbanization and the construction of the new countryside, the problems of house removal in rural areas are increasingly serious and collective incidents impact on social stability. There is a ＂relationship of interest game＂ be- tween government and the peasants, with the focus of irrational relocation compensation. Aiming at the problem, the government should offer rational compensation according to the principle of people - centered and fairness and justice.
