摘要
对互联网金融,传统金融既不能封闭僵化、妄自尊大,也不能玄化神话、自乱阵脚企业人力资源管理的出发点和落脚点是,通过对人力资源和组织机构的管理,服务组织战略、服务业务发展、服务员工成长。研究探讨互联网金融对商业银行人力资源管理的挑战与对策,至少应当把握业务和员工两个分析基点。
Facing with internet finance, traditional finance should neither be closed and rigid nor be in disarray. The starting point and the foothold of HRM of commercial bank should be serving organizational strategy, business development and employee development through reforming management. In order to explore internet finance' s challenge for HRM of commercial bank and countermeasures, we should grasp at least two points, business and employee.
