摘要
以混合性痴呆26例为研究组,老年前期型老年性痴呆31例和多发性梗塞性痴呆30例为对照组,通过采集病史、体检、智力测定及头颅CT平片的方法进行追踪调查。结果表明:不论有无高血压,有潜隐缓慢起病;有中风史,缓慢发展的痴呆病程;有局灶神经体征,智力减退较明显,CT证实有脑萎缩及梗塞灶,大多可考虑混合性痴呆。
Objective: A follow -up study of clinical characteristics of mixed dementia. Method 167 dements were studied with follow -up survey by history - taking,somatoscopy,intelligence test and head CT examination, 26 cases of which was mixed dementia as study group and 31 cases presenile dementia and 30 cases multiple infarct dementia as control group. Conclussion: Clinical characteristics of mixed dementia included cerebral infarction history, slow onset and development, focal nervous sign,significant intellectual reduce and encephalatrophy and cerebral infarction confirmed by CT.
