植物蜡质及其对果实采后衰老进程的影响 被引量:11

Effect of Plant Cuticle Wax on Postharvest Fruit Senescence

摘要 植物表皮蜡质是1类不溶于水而溶于有机溶剂的混合物的总称,它在植物生长发育和抵御外界不良环境等方面起着重要的作用。本文综述了植物表皮蜡质的形态结构,生物学功能,与植物生长及果实采后软化衰老进程的关系,植物蜡质研究的生物技术进展;对表皮蜡质研究存在的问题与果蔬贮藏的关系,并对其在采后贮藏中的应用前景进行了展望。 Plant cuticle wax is a general term of mixture which insoluble in water and soluble in organic solvent. It also plays an important role in plant growth and development, resisting adverse external environment. This review sum- marized the morphological structure and biological function of plant cuticle wax, relationship with the plant growth, fruit softening, fruit senescence after harvest and biotechnology researches on plant cuticle wax. Current problems and the prospect of fruits storage were also discussed.
