摘要
为研究改性处理的柚皮膳食纤维对调节大鼠血糖、肌肉组织糖原水平的影响,以SD大鼠为试验对象,分别测定大鼠体重、肝糖原、肌糖原及总抗氧化能力等指标,探讨不同改性处理后的膳食纤维对大鼠组织及血液中糖原水平的影响。研究表明:不同改性处理的柚皮膳食纤维均能有效调节大鼠组织及血液中糖原水平(P<0.05),其中超微粉碎高剂量组效果最好。与高糖模型组相比,超微粉碎高剂量组可显著降低大鼠血糖(66%)、胰岛素(12.1%)和糖化血清蛋白(47.5%)水平,且能显著提高C-肽(35.7%)和T-AOC(51.9%)水平。富含改性柚皮膳食纤维日粮,可有效调节大鼠体内血糖及胰岛素等水平,对开发功能性柚皮膳食纤维食品具有参考价值。
The influence of modificative pomelo peel dietary fiber to the adjustment of rats' blood sugar and the level of intramuscular glycogen has been studied in this work. The ninety of rats were random allocated into six groups to measure rats' weight, hepatic glycogen, muscle glycogen and total antioxidant capacity. The results showed that pome- lo peel dietary fiber can effectively adjust rats' tissue and the glycogen levels in their blood. Compared with the group of high sugar model, Superfine comminuted group could remarkably reduce the rats' blood glucose (66%), insulin (12.1%) and glycosylated serum protein (47.5%). Besides, it could remarkably increase the C-peptide (35.7%) and the total an- tioxidant capacity (T-AOC, 51.9%). The results also showed the food filled with modificative pomelo peel can effectively adjust the content of blood glucose and insulin in the rats' blood. These results were valuable for developing the food with functional pomelo peel dietary fiber.
