研究白鲜Dictamnus dasycarpus干燥根皮的化学成分.对白鲜皮的乙酸乙酯萃取组份进行分离.利用正相硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、重结晶法以及HPLC(制备型)法进行分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构.分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为绿原酸(1),紫丁香苷(2),双氢松柏醇(3),4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲醛(4),豆甾醇(5).其中,化合物(1)和(2)为首次从该属植物中得到.

To study the chemical constituents of the root of Dictamnus dasyarpus , the extract part of ethyl acetate was separated and purified by normal phase silica gel column chromatog-raphy , ODS column chromatography , recrystallization and HPLC （ preparative ） method .A total of 5 compounds were isolated, and were identified as caffeotannic acid （1）, syringoside （2）, Dihydroc -oniferyl alcohol （3）, 4 -hydroxy -3 -methoxy benzene formaldehyde （4）, Stigmasterol （5）.Among them, compound （1） and （2） were isolated from this genus for the first time.
