公共服务视角下微博平台体育公益研究

Sports Public Welfare of Microblog Viewed in Public Service

体育公益对推动体育公共服务发展、促进不同阶层社会化、现代化具有重要意义。以公共服务理论为基础,指出当前中国体育公益运作存在诸多问题,微博为体育公益提供了新平台,为处于困境中的体育公益事业实现转型升级带来了契机。要借助微博平台推动体育公益发展,首先要争取关注、通过理念倡导达成社会共识;其次要精选项目、通过明晰目标扩大影响圈层;第三要创新模式、通过跨界合作增强组织力量;第四要整合平台,通过趣味参与成就行动目标。

The sports public welfare is of great significance to improve the public sports welfare, modernization and socialization of different social strata. The paper points out the problems in the operation of the current Chinese sports public welfare on the basis of the public service theory and the microblog has provided new platform for the sports public welfare which brings opportunity for the change of the sports public welfare in difficulties. The paper proposes to promote the development of the sports public welfare with the help of the mieroblog, win attention and achieve the social recognition, select items, create new models and organize cooperation across fields, integrate platform and achieve goals through interesting participation.
