血清尿酸与冠状动脉病变程度的关系探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究血清尿酸浓度与冠心病患者冠脉病变程度的关系。方法选取行冠脉造影检查的疑诊冠心病患者396例作为研究对象,根据冠脉病变支数分为正常对照组、单支病变组、双支病变组、三支病变组,比较各组血清尿酸浓度。结果单支病变组、双支病变组、三支病变组的血清尿酸浓度均高于对照组,且三支病变组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.044)。血清尿酸浓度与冠脉病变程度明显相关(r=0.133,P=0.008)。结论血清尿酸浓度与冠心病冠状动脉病变程度正相关。
