摘要
石化领域加氢反应器的数量呈现快速增长,通过对加氢反应器工程设计、材料、生产制造和检测等领域的工作进行总结和分析,认为:国产基体材料可以满足加氢反应器使用需要;国产改进型钢的许用应力取值有待长期高温性能数据完善后再做调整;基体材料未来可免除步冷试验;试样的模拟热处理制度应由制造商确定;冲击试样应模拟最大热处理和最小热处理两种条件。建议国内制造商应开展相关研究,对拘束度较低的焊接接头采用消氢热处理代替中间应力消除;宜根据具体情况决定是否需要进行氢剥离试验。在检测方法上,采用衍射时差法超声检测代替射线检测具有诸多优点,但应辅以其他无损检测。
Domestic base metals can meet the fabrication requirements of hydrogenation reactors.The allowable stress of domestic improved steel should be adjusted accordingly after the long-term high temperature performance data are available.Step cooling tests of the base metals may not be required in the future.Parameters of simulated heat treatment of the samples shall be determined by the manufacturers,and impingement specimen should be simulated under the conditions of both maximum heat treatment and minimum heat treatment.Domestic manufacturers should conduct related research to apply Dehydrogenation Heat Treatment on low-restrained welds in lieu of Intermediate Stress Relief.The necessity of hydrogen disbonding tests should be determined based on specific conditions.testing of time of flight diffraction in lieu of radiography testing has many advantages although it should be supplemented by other non-destructive testing methods.
