摘要 介绍了完全硫化催化剂KF757/767在中国石油天然气股份有限公司辽阳石化分公司1.0 Mt/a柴油加氢装置的首次工业应用情况.结果表明:在没有循环氢脱硫设施情况下,以含硫质量分数3 700~5 100 μg/g的混合柴油为原料,在床层平均反应温度约348℃、体积空速1.43 h-1、氢分压6.12 MPa和氢油体积比约700:1的工况下,该装置生产的0号和-10号柴油产品中硫质量分数不大于10 μg/g,产品平均脱硫率和平均脱氮率分别达到99.9%和80.0%以上,满足国Ⅴ柴油标准要求.装置通过调整操作工艺参数和原料组成,成功实现了冬季生产低凝-10号柴油、夏季生产优质0号柴油两种生产方案的灵活变换.开工运行结果说明,该催化剂硫化钝化技术成熟,与同类催化剂相比具有投资省、开工时间短、安全环保等优点.由于催化剂采用密相装填方式,催化剂全床层压力降较大,初期已达320 kPa左右,对装置长周期运行影响有待观察. The first commercial application of hydrofining catalysts KF757/767 which are fully activated by sulfiding treatment in a 1.0 MM TPY diesel hydrofining unit is introduced.The results show that,without the desulfurization facilities for recycle hydrogen,a blend diesel feedstock with 3 700 ~5 100 μg/g sulfur can be hydrotreated with the catalysts under the process conditions of an average catalyst bed temperature of 348 ℃,a space velocity of 1.43 h-1,a hydrogen partial pressure of 6.12 MPa and hydrogen to oil volume ratio of 700:1 to produce 0# and-10# diesels with less than 10 μg/g sulfur which meet the specifications of Guo Ⅴ diesel standard.The sulfur removal rate is over 99.9%.The flexible operation scheme of producing low pour point-10# diesel in winter and optimum 0# diesel in summer has been achieved with the adjustment of feedstocks and process parameters.The operation results demonstrate that the catalyst pre-sulfiding and passivation technologies are proven.As compared with similar catalysts,the KF757/767 catalysts have the advantages of saved investment,short startup time and being safe and environmentally friendly.Since the catalysts are dense-phase loaded,the pressure drop of catalyst bed is higher and is as high as 320 kPa at SOR.Its impact on the long-term operation of the unit needs to be observed.
