康复期精神分裂症患者家庭亲密度和适应性相关因素分析

Correlation factors of family cohesion and adaptability of con-valescent schizophrenics

目的：探讨康复期精神分裂症患者家庭亲密度和适应性的相关因素。方法对100例康复期精神分裂症患者采用家庭亲密度和适应性量表自评问卷、简明精神病症状量表、M o rn-ingside康复状态量表进行测评分析。结果本组患者家庭亲密度和适应性量表自评问卷的实际亲密度与理想亲密度、实际适应性与理想适应性得分比较差异有显著性（P＜0．01），不同家庭类型患者实际亲密度、理想亲密度、不满意亲密度、实际适应性及不满意适应性得分比较差异有显著性（ P＜0．05或0．01），不同受教育时间、入院次数、婚姻状况、工作状态患者不满意亲密度及不满意适应性得分比较差异有显著性（P＜0．05或0．01）。回归分析显示，Morningside康复状态量表总分对预测不满适应性具有显著意义（P＜0．05）。结论康复期精神分裂症患者普遍存在对家庭亲密度和适应性不满的心理状态，产生这种现象的原因不仅与家庭支持系统有关，而且与患者自身所存在的社会功能障碍和反复发病的因素有关。

Objective To explore the correlation factors of family cohesion and adaptability of convalescent schizophrenics .Methods Assessments were conducted with the Family Adaptability and Cohesion Scale （FACES II-CV） ,Brief Psychiatric Symptom Rating Scale （BPRS） and Morningside Rehabilitation Status Scale （MRSS） in 100 convalescent schizophrenics .Results There were significant differences between real and ideal cohesion and real and ideal adaptability score of the FACES Ⅱ-CV （P〈0 .01） ,different family types had significant differences in real ,ideal and dissatisfied cohesion as well as real and dissatisfied a-daptability （P〈0 .05 or 0 .01） ,patients with different education time ,admission frequencies ,marital sta-tus and work state had significant differences in dissatisfied cohesion and adaptability （P〈0 .05 or 0 .01） . Regression analysis showed that the total score of the MRSS had the significance for predicting dissatisfied adaptability （P〈0 .05） .Conclusion Convalescent schizophrenics have dissatisfied cohesion and adaptabil-ity generally ,this phenomenology is only related to family snpport system ,but to patient＆#39;s social dysfunc-tion and repeated onset .
