摘要
核电机组单侧油动机多级缓冲结构中缺乏精确的数学模型,汽轮机厂在生产试验中大多靠经验选取缓冲结构,设定缓冲参数。建立油动机多级缓冲过程的详细模型,并分析油动机的结构参数如缓冲孔的直径和位置等对缓冲过程的影响,从而为油动机的生产和试验提供理论依据。
Due to lack of precise mathematical model in multi-level buffer structure of unilateral servomotor for nuclear power generating units, the selecting and setting of buffer structure and parameters in production trials of steam turbine plant mostly depend on experiences. And by now, it's not studied much for external buffering servomotor. So, the mathematical model will be built up based on the process of quick closing of servomotor and the analysis is made to support the designing and testing of servomotor.
