摘要
介绍了采用DEH的启动顺控子组SGC来控制上海汽轮机厂1000 MW汽轮机在不同温度下的启动流程和模式,分析了蒸汽参数的X、Z准则和温度裕量要求,以管控高中压缸体、转子和各阀门的热应力。结果表明,为了避免换热部件产生过大的温差和热应力,汽轮机启动时需采用微高压微过热的蒸汽。主、再热蒸汽的温度和压力均需控制在最佳范围内,以确保汽轮机安全快速启动,减少机组寿命损耗。
The start-up procedures and modes of 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical turbine made by Shanghai Turbine Plant (STP) were presented for various warming-up conditions using the DEH and SGC systems. The X and Z criterions as well as the temperature margins were analyzed to optimize the steam quality and control the thermal stresses of high and intermediate pressure turbine cylinders, rotors and various valves. The results indicate that the steam with moderately high pressure and superheat can be used in the turbine start-up process to avoid too large temperature differences and thermal stresses. The temperature and pressure of the main and reheated steam need to be controlled in optimum ranges. Thus, the turbine can be started safely and rapidly with the maximal life of the turbine.
