摘要
针对工程中遇到的大型汽轮机转子的光轴静不平衡问题,介绍了一种利用转子的装配叶片来解决此类问题的方法,并就其平衡原理及平衡方案作了分析和研究。通过该方法,成功解决了某600MW超临界空冷汽轮机低压转子的光轴静不平衡问题。工程实践表明,该方法对于此类问题的解决具有良好的可行性和有效性。
As to the static unbalance problem of large steam turbine rotor on engineering, a method of using bladed rotor to solve these problems is presented, and the balance principle and scheme are investigated. By using this method, the static unbalance of a LP rotor for 600 MW supercritical air cooling steam turbine is successfully resolved. Engineering practice demonstrates that this method has good feasibility and effectiveness for solving such problems.
