自适应光学视力治疗仪在弱视治疗中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨自适应光学治疗仪对于弱视患者的治疗效果是否优于传统弱视治疗仪,以进一步改善弱视患者的视觉质量。方法四川省人民医院眼科门诊的弱视患者60例,分为自适应组与BS-5Y组,自适应组予以自适应光学视力治疗仪治疗,BS-5Y组予以BS-5Y弱视综合治疗仪进行治疗,连续治疗10天后分别测量患者的对比敏感度及矫正视力的变化情况。结果自适应组治疗前后视力改变和对比敏感度变化均明显优于BS-5Y组,其中自适应组中大于12岁患者治疗前后视力改变及对比敏感度变化存在显著差异。结论自适应光学治疗仪可有效改善弱视患者的视觉质量,对于已过治疗"关键期"的弱视患者亦能达到良好的效果,疗效优于传统的弱视治疗仪。 Objective The clinical trial was aim to explore whether adaptive optics ( AO) instrument was better than the tra-ditional amblyopia therapeutic apparatus in order to improve the visual quality of patients with amblyopia .Methods The study includ-ed 60 patients with amblyopia in the opthamology clinic of the Sichuan Provincial People 's Hospital .The patients were equally divided into AO and BS-5Y groups.The higher-order aberrations of amblyopic eyes were corrected with AO technique in the AO group ,and ob-served whether sense perception training could be better than traditional amblyopia training to awak and develop the visual nervous sys -tem.Results The visual acuity and contrast sensitivity curve in the AO group was better than that in the BS -5Y group.Moreover,the visual acuity and contrast sensitivity curve were significantly improved after treatment in patients old than 12 years in the AO group . Conclusion The adaptive optics therapeutic apparatus can treat amblyopia more effectively than conventional method does ,even in pa-tients who have missed the critical treatment period .
