摘要
目的建立姜科中药的红外光谱指纹图谱。方法用水蒸气蒸馏法提取姜科中药山柰、姜黄、片姜黄、干姜的挥发油后,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)测定挥发油的红外光谱。结果上述中药挥发油的红外光谱均具有指纹性鉴别特征。结论该方法和所建立的红外指纹图谱能用于这些中药的鉴定,且方法简便,灵敏度高,重复性好,专属性强。
Objective To establish Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) fingerprint of FourChinese Medicine from Zingiberaceae. Methods After stream distillation,the essential oils of KaempferiaeRhizoma, Curcumae Longae Rhizoma, Wenyujin Rhizoma Concisum and Zingiberis Rhizoma were identifiedby FTIR. Results The infrared spectra of the essential oils of the Chinese Medicine have all the characteristicfingerprint.Conclusion The methods and the FTIR fingerprint can be used for identification of the ChineseMedicine and it also has simple, high sensitivity, good repetition and strong special attribute.
