摘要 目的研究玫瑰花、金银花、茉莉花、菊花不同溶剂提取物的抗氧化活性。方法采用邻苯三酚自氧化法测定超氧化物歧化酶活性,对4种食用花卉玫瑰花、金银花、茉莉花、菊花,分别用乙醇和水分级萃取进行提取分离,测试各提取物对超氧化物歧化酶的影响。结果 4种花卉醇提物和水提物浓度越大清除超氧阴离子的作用越强,但醇提比水提物的作用更强。结论表明4种花卉都有一定抑制邻苯三酚自氧化,清除超氧阴离子自由基的能力,且乙醇萃取的提取物抗氧化作用较强。 Objective Using the pyrogallol autoxidation method to determine the activity of superoxidedismutase. Methods Four kinds of edible flowers including rose, honeysuckle, jasmine and chrysanthemumwere extracted respectively by ethanol and water and the antioxidant activities of the extracts were tested.ResultsThe results showed that the different solvents extracts have certain ability of removing superoxide radical.Thehigher concentration of the extracts have the stronger effect.On the same condition ,the effect of ethanol extractsis stronger than the water extracts. Conclusion The four different flowers have the ability of inhibiting pyrogallolautoxidation and removing superoxide radical.On the same condition, the autoxidation effect of ethanol extract isstronger than water extract for each edible flower.
