摘要
目的优选超声法提取阿尔泰狗娃花多糖的提取工艺。方法超声提取阿尔泰狗娃花多糖,以阿尔泰狗娃花多糖的提取率为评价指标,先后通过单因素试验和正交试验优化提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺条件为:提取时间40min、提取温度50℃、超声功率140W、料液比1:40。工艺验证性试验RSD=0.65%,工艺放大实验RSD=0.95%。结论超声法用于阿尔泰狗娃花多糖的提取,省时、提取率高、经济、重现性好,值得进一步推广。
Objective To study the process of the ultrasonic extraction of Heteropappus altaicus(Willd.) Novopokr polysaccharide. Methods Based on extraction rate of Heteropappus altaicus(Willd.) Novopokr polysaccharide, the best extracting conditions were optimized by single factor test and orthogonal test. Results The best extracting conditions by ultrasonic extraction were as follows:extraction time for 40min, extracting at 50 ℃ ,ultrasonic power 140W, material-liquid ratio: 1:40. RSD of process validation test is 0.65%, RSD of process amplification experiment is 0.95%. Conclusion The extraction of Heteropappus altaicus(Willd.) Novopokr polysaccharide was done by ultrasonic extraction and the method is saving time and economy with a high rate of extraction and a good repeatability, which is worthy of further promotion.
