高效液相色谱法测定藿香清胃片中毛蕊花糖苷含量

Determination of Verbascoside in Huoxiang Qingwei Tablets by HPLC

目的 测定藿香清胃片中毛蕊花糖苷的含量。方法 采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为C18柱（250mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,以乙腈-0.1%醋酸为流动相,检测波长为334 nm。结果 毛蕊花糖苷在0.042~0.42μg范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率为98.43%,RSD为0.44%。结论 该法快速、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective To determine tile content of verbascoside in Huoxiang Qingwei Tablets. MethodsHPLC method was adopted and a C18 column（250 minx4.6 ram, 5 μm） was used. The mobile phase wasacetonitrile- 0.1% acetic acid.The detection wavelength was set at 334 nm. Results The calibration curveof verbascoside was linear in the range of 0.042-0,42 μg （r=0.999 8）, the averge of recovery was 98.43%,RSD=0.44%. Conclusion The methods is quick and accurate, which can be used for quality control of HuoxiangQingwei Tablets.
