保障性住房作为一项重大的民生工程,如何协调居住品质与建设成本一直是保障性住房建设面临的难题。论文通过对保障性住房建设的简要分析,建设性的提出控制成本建议,为今后建设集约型保障性住房提供新思路。

As a major livelihood projects, how to coordinate the quality and the cost of living have been the construction of affordable housing＇ s problems. In this paper, through a brief analysis about the construction of affordable housing and then put forward the constructive proposals of cost control, these can provide a new direction for the future intensive affordable housing.
