摘要
文中通过对比冷链物流模式,分析生产企业冷链物流模式的选择依据、生产企业对第三方冷链物流企业的选择与评价以及目前第三方冷链物流企业存在的问题,从而分别以生产企业与第三方冷链物流企业不同的角度,提出了提高第三方冷链物流企业服务质量、根据生产企业需求提供合适方案、联合生产企业建立冷链物流混合运营模式、对第三方冷链物流企业采取有效的监督措施以及为第三方冷链物流企业建立合理的奖惩机制等策略。
In this paper ,we compared to the cold-chain logistics model, analyzed that production enterprises select the basis of cold-chain logistics mode , the selection and evaluation of third-party cold-chain logistics enterprises and at present the problems of third-party cold-chain logistics business enterprises, so in different viewpoint which respectively production enterprises and third-party cold-chain logistics enterprises, put forward some strategy, such as improve the service quality of third-party cold-chain logistics enterprises, provide suitable solutions according to the need of enterprises, establish the multiplex mode of cold-chain logistics with production enterprises, take effective measures to supervise third-party cold-chain enterprises and establish reasonable incentive mechanism for third-party cold-chain logistics enterprises and so on.
