城市物流服务网络的均衡与低碳政策设计研究

A Research on the Equilibrium of City Logistics Network and Supporting Low Carbon Policy Design

城市物流正制约着我国社会经济进一步发展。文中基于系统论角度,对城市物流服务网络进行了分解,分析了城市物流服务网络的超网络特征和均衡问题。最后,提出了城市物流低碳运营政策的设计流程,给出了低碳运营政策建议。

City logistics is restricting the further development of social economy in our country. This paper based on the system theory, the city logistics service network is decomposed. Then we analyze the super network characteristic and the equilibrium problem in the city logistics network. Finally, we design a process of designing low carbon policy, and give some recommendations.
