摘要
随着交通运输业的发展,为了实现绿色、低碳、循环的交通运输发展,我国交通运输部在《加快推进绿色循环低碳交通运输发展指导意见》中提出要加快推进绿色、循环、低碳交通基础设施建设,要求在交通运输发展中融入生态文明建设,并提出2020年将建成绿色循环低碳交通运输体系,文中则对绿色循环低碳交通运输进行分析。
With the development of the transport industry, in order to realize green, low-carbon, recycling of the development of transportation, traffic department of transportation in our country proposed in the ＂guidance＂ to accelerate the circulation, green, low carbon transportation infrastructure construction, into the construction of the ecological civilization in the transportation development, and proposed to be completed in 2020 the green circular low-carbon transport system, this paper carries on the analysis to the green recycling low carbon transportation.
