Research on the Transportation of the Small Amount of Dangerous Goods

随着我国化学工业、国防工业和现代科学技术的不断发展,危险货物的品种和运量也日益增多。通过分析危险货物运输的特性,研究小量危险货物的运输现状,指出目前小量危险货物运输的困境,并从建立正规运输渠道、加强监管、加大处罚力度、加快基础设施建设和优化产品包装五个方面提出一些意见和建议,这对我国目前的小量危险货物运输具有一定的指导意义。

With the development of chemical industry, national defense industry and modem science and technology in China, the species and volume of dangerous goods increased. By analyzing the characteristics of the transportation of dangerous goods and researching the situation of the transportation of the small amount of dangerous goods, this article points out that the current plight of the small amount of dangerous goods. According to that, the article also gives some opinions and suggestions from five aspects. These are the establishment of the normal channels, the strengthen of the supervision, the more punishment, the establishment of the infrastructure construction, and the optimization of product packaging. These all have some certain directive significance to the transportation of the small amount of dangerous goods in our country
