完善导师责任制 提高研究生培养质量——以江西财经大学为例

Improving the Quality of Postgraduate Training by Perfecting the Supervisor Responsibility System——Taking Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics asan Example

随着我国高等教育的不断扩招,研究生的招生规模也不断扩大,使得研究生的培养质量近年来成为高等教育中的重点问题。文中以江西财经大学为例,通过分析目前在研究生培养过程中,导师责任制下影响研究生培养质量的原因,并提出相应的对策建议。

The graduate enrollment has been expanded with the expansion of higher education scale. Therefore, in recently years the quality of graduate training in higher education becomes a key issue. Taken Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics as an example, the author analyses the reasons that affect the quality of talents training under the supervisor responsibility system during the postgraduate education, and then proposes some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
