Analysis on Causes of Shaft Tile Fracture on the Shaking Table and Solutions

本文将针对我国某选矿设备生产企业研制的6-S型摇床在投入使用后不到一年时间,其传动装置中的轴瓦盖接连发生断裂的原因进行分析,提出相应解决措施,并通过实践证明这些举措从根本上解决了设备故障问题。为今后该类型摇床的进一步改进升级,提高设备的可靠性提供了借鉴和参考。

Based on a 6-S shaking table which has been developed,produced,and put into use for less than a year,this essay makes analysis on causes of the shaft tile fracture and proposes corresponding solutions.The experiment proves that the proposed solutions do solve the problems from the root of the equipment fault.The study results provide reference for the further equipment upgrading and reliability improving.
