我国高等职业教育与基于行业标准的民航职业教育改革

On Education Reform for Civil Aviation Occupation based on the Industry Standard

虽然社会各界有识之士对于高等职业教育在整个教育体系中的地位和作用几乎没有分歧,但是三十多年以来高等职业教育始终难以摆脱作为普通高等教育的补充,是"次等级"高等教育的地位。笔者从事民航职业教育,在分析我国高等职业教育发展问题的基础上,结合民航高等职业教育的特征,提出了基于行业标准的民航职业教育改革对于我国高等职业教育发展的借鉴意义。

The higher occupational education in china is widely reviled,although people from all walks of life agree on the important role of higher occupational education in the entire education system,but in the past more than thirty years,the higher occupational education is still a complement to higher education,and it is still considered as the ＂secondary＂ higher education.The author,with experience of civil aviation occupation education,analyses the current situation of occupational education development in China,puts forward the significance of civil aviation occupational education reform based on the industry standards.
