在自来水行业,信息技术首先是应用于供水管网地图中,原来的图纸资料在时代的变迁中逐渐被系统软件所取代。但时代在发展,随着信息技术的不断使用,已经不满足于光使用GIS系统了,所以逐渐将信息技术应用到管网管理中去。阐述近几年管网管理中信息技术的运用,为在今后同类工程中的应用提供参考。

In our water supply industry, information technology was firstly used in the map of water supply pipe network. The original drawings was gradually replaced by the system software in the changes of the time. With the development of the time. We are not only satisfied in using GIS system with the continuous use of information technology, but also gradually focus on the application of information technology in our network management. This paper introduced an information technology in the pipe network management and the effectiveness of information technology in recent years.
